Digital Charts

• What size are the charts?
  • They vary based on each individual one and the mesh count you use. Approximate sizes for 13 and 18 mesh are provided in the descriptions.
• How do I get my files?
  • They will be automatically emailed to you after you place an order. If you do not receive the files, please contact me in the chat ASAP. 
• Why charts?
  • Charts are cost effective and a great way to learn to stitch directly on the canvas, as well as paint.

Printed Canvas

• What's the turn around for a printed canvas? 
  • Right now my turn around time is 3-5 weeks from the time the order is places. Each canvas is printed to order. Subject to change.
• Who prints your canvases?
  • I use Needlepaint.com to print my canvases. After much market research and trial and error, I believe they have the highest quality product on the market. 
• Why printed canvases?
  • Printed canvases, I believe, will become the industry standard as needlepoint skyrockets in popularity. With a lower overhead than traditional painted canvases, I'm able to offer a more competitive entry price point, allowing more people access to needlepoint. 
• Will you ever carry painted canvases?
  • I do intend to carry painted canvases once I can source a supplier than meets my standards and business needs.
